Palm Lake Resort is a prestigious over-50s lifestyle community within the Pelican Waters canal estate, consisting of 323 premium residential lots.
Palm Lake Works Pty Ltd engaged Hall Contracting to undertake construction of canals and all associated civil infrastructure for the development.
Key deliverables included:
- constructing bridges and lake revetment walls;
- bulk earthworks;
- environmental rehabilitation and habitat translocation;
- golf course modification and lake extension; and
- installing sewerage and water infrastructure.
