Having developed a keen interest in the environment at a young age, Will completed studies in environmental management before joining the Hall team in 2010 as an environmental officer.
His thirst for knowledge and drive to succeed saw Will quickly work his way up the corporate ladder, earning the role of Environmental and Quality Assurance Manager before entering the business development space and turning his attention to the company’s international operations as Hall’s Associate Director – Development.
As an outgoing ‘people person’ who thrives on developing connections with others, Will has been instrumental in establishing networks within the private and public sector and creating a dialogue with Pacific Island leaders.
He is passionate about building capacity in Pacific Island nations and assisting vulnerable communities to combat the impacts of climate change through adaptation and sustainable infrastructure.
