Highlights
- Expanded Hall’s footprint into the Pacific Islands, setting up a base in Fiji and completing successful work in the region including Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Tokelau and Papua New Guinea.
- Expanded Hall’s mine rehabilitation and tailings dredging capability off the back of work completed at ERA Ranger Mine and FMG’s iron ore port and facilities in Port Hedland, Western Australia.
- Expanded Hall into South-East Asia, establishing an office in Malaysia and undertaking several projects in the region including Indonesia.
- Instrumental in obtaining independent certification for Hall’s safety, quality and environmental management systems.
Ever since he could remember, Cameron wanted to become a civil engineer and join the family business. Now CEO & Director of Hall Contracting, Cameron is committed to growing the company and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Cameron believes Hall must be a nimble business, able to change direction and pivot when new challenges arise and take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves.
He is also dedicated to environmentally and socially responsible practices and leads by example in this area.
Having worked in a variety of businesses in the industry, both in Australia and around the world, Cameron is passionate about improving the lives of others. He is proud of Hall’s many achievements and accolades, particularly the difference the team is making in improving infrastructure and offering training and employment opportunities in the Pacific Islands.
Cameron enjoys working with loyal, authentic and progressive people. He is proud of the fact many people in the Hall team have longstanding relationships with the business, and that it is not unusual to have multiple generations from the same extended family working at Hall.
Cameron firmly believes people are a business’ greatest asset, and he is proud to have helped build an innovative and inclusive culture at Hall.
