Since joining the team in 2008 as an Executive Personal Assistant, Tara has been an active force behind Hall’s profound development, having been involved in many aspects of the business, ranging from administration and accounts to project tendering.
In 2014, she was appointed Human Resources Manager, and has since supported the workforce through significant growth, developing and implementing a range of human resources strategies to drive employee engagement, performance and satisfaction.
Tara has been instrumental in establishing Hall’s Employee Assistance Program and Workforce Resilience and Wellbeing Assessment Program, focusing on supporting the safety and health of the company’s employees.
Tara’s expertise in leading recruitment programs to build a diverse and talented team and developing and implementing strategies to foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-achieving workforce make her a vital part of the team.
