Land reclamation
Project Portfolio
Hall Contracting has a solid track record in delivering land reclamation projects across the Asia-Pacific region, dredging sand and other material to create useable land from oceans, rivers, lagoons and harbours.
These works enable the expansion of key coastal land areas and the construction of new land, and allow low-lying nations threatened by rising sea levels to safeguard their future with raised, usable land.
Our capabilities in this area include:
- reclaiming land at ports for future development;
- creating new port and marina infrastructure including large-scale freight facilities and car parks;
- constructing man-made islands for residential, commercial and industrial development;
- expanding usable land in densely populated island communities; and
- increasing the height of land areas in low-lying nations.
