A range of Hall team members banded together for Movember to raise almost $4,000 for ground-breaking men’s health research and support programs.
Workers as widespread as Townsville, Brisbane, Port Hedland and the Sunshine Coast opted to either grow a moustache or run 60km throughout the month of November to raise awareness regarding suicide prevention, mental health, testicular cancer and prostate cancer.
The initiative was a great conversation starter and facilitated important discussions surrounding men’s health and wellbeing, encouraging team members to schedule a check-up with their doctor or to open up to someone they trust if they experience challenges with their physical or mental health.
