Sanctuary on Alma is a masterplanned 175 lot subdivision. Hall Contracting was engaged to deliver Initial works, including clearing 3 hectares and over 20,000 m3 of earthworks, backfilling existing dams and constructing 5 biofiltration basins.
Within our initial scope of works there was also a 250m long road-widening of Alma road and 1.5km of external sewer. This was was 8m deep in sections and required 3 tunnel bores. A tree lined gully within the site meant that the team was required to maintain a high standard of erosion and sediment control, typical of our approach to civil works.
Hall Contracting has subsequently completed all civil works on the project to date including extensive retaining wall requirements. The team continues to develop a positive work relationship with Trask Development Corporation.
