Hall undertook civil works to construct a 34-lot industrial development at Roys Road in Beerwah.
The team was tasked with earthworks; widening and resurfacing the existing roads; and installing stormwater, water, and sewer infrastructure, including boring a 100-metre-long directional drill shot six metres beneath Steve Irwin Way to connect the development to the existing sewer main.
Despite receiving over two metres of rainfall at the site between January and May of 2024, the project was completed ahead of schedule.
