Hall was engaged by Sundale to undertake civil works for the extension of Palmwoods Garden Village.
The project involved delivering the civil infrastructure to accommodate 69 additional independent living units and a new community centre in the retirement village.
The Hall team constructed over 4,000m2 of retaining walls and conducted roadworks; water and electrical reticulation installation; and stormwater pipe work.
Hall was also engaged to carry out external roadworks, which involved improving the turn movements for vehicles entering the village.
