Hall was engaged by Stockland to conduct several stages of civil works for B by Halcyon – a 277-lot over-50s lifestyle community.
The package of works involved 86,000m3 of bulk earthworks, including a 14,000m2 lake.
The team also constructed five culvert crossings, four bioretention basins, retaining walls, and a lake recirculation system with an 18-metre-long floating wetland.
