  • Highlights

    • Led the company’s dredging division through substantial growth over three decades, developing long term relationships with clients.
    • Was instrumental in the development of Hall Water & Tailings, the Hall Group’s dedicated division servicing the mining and heavy industrial sectors.
    • Diversified the company’s dredging offerings, driving the acquisition of multiple amphibious dredges for operating in shallow water and confined spaces.
    • Oversaw the delivery of numerous major dredging projects including dredging 24.7 million m3 of uranium tailings at Ranger Mine and undertaking port upgrades in Townsville, Cairns, Port Hedland and Gladstone.

Having spent 30-plus years in the business, Mark has an unparalleled understanding of the mechanical, technical and logistical aspects of the dredging industry. His knowledge and experience is highly regarded at Hall Contracting and amongst its clients. 

Having worked his way up from Assistant Operator to General Manager of the dredging division, there isn’t a corner of the business Mark isn’t familiar with. His insight and experience enables him to provide optimised solutions for clients that are cost effective, innovative and sustainable.

Mark’s approachable manner and proven track record for delivering dredging projects on time and within budget has served him well in developing long-lasting relationships with clients.

He is an integral part of the leadership team at Hall Contracting.
