Ingenia Bethania is an over 50s lifestyle community located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Hall was engaged to undertake sediment and erosion control, earthworks, internal roadworks and landscaping for stages 3 and 4 in 2021.
The team also constructed retaining walls and installed sewerage and water supply infrastructure as part of the project.
