Emerald Hill is a well-established estate in the Ipswich suburb of Brassall.
Lennium Group engaged Hall Contracting to carry out the civil works for a portion of the residential development, including:
- Construction of 35 residential lots
- 8000m3 of bulk earthworks including 650m2 of retaining walls
- Design and construction of the acoustic fence along Warrego Highway
- Installation of stormwater, sewer and watermain reticulation within the estate
- Road works and pavement works including asphalt over the existing culvert
