Hall Contracting was engaged by Stockland Pty Ltd to carry out bulk earthworks in the western retail precinct of the Oceanside Town Centre. This project included the completion of roadworks, a trunk poly gravity sewer and sewerage pump station, drainage works and traffic signals.
Key deliverables included the modification of Kawana Way, including additional northbound lane between Lake Kawana Blvd and Bragg St, the installation of 3 new sets of traffic signals and modifications to existing traffic signals at Bragg St, and interfacing with building contractors undertaking the shopping centre development.
To date, this project has been delivered on time and budget, with a forecast completion of November 2018.
