Hall Contracting was awarded a contract to construct works on behalf of North East Business Park Pty Ltd. This included the delivery of road upgrade works and tie-ins on Uhlmann Road East and West Bound Lanes, including upgrades to the Bruce Highway northbound ramp turning lane.
A intersection upgrade was completed, including the installation of signals. This included all associated infrastructure and service relocations including working collaboratively with utility service providers, safety requirements including temporary access for traffic and pedestrians, and all associated civil construction, bulk earthworks and electrical works required for project completion.
Key deliverables included 1150m² of deep lift asphalt, 240 m² of concrete paths and minor concrete works, 274m of concrete kerb, electrical and lighting works including the installation of traffic signals, 1850m² of imported embankment fill, 550m³ of road base and the installation of 90m of W-Beam guardrail.
